We at Oceans To Oceans Finances, LLC are working to make this website accessible to people with disabilities. We build on the Wix platform and, at this time, our site primarily relies on Wix’s default accessibility features.

What web accessibility is
An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse and use the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. People may use browser settings and assistive technologies such as screen readers, magnifiers, voice recognition, or keyboard navigation.

Accessibility status on this site
We reference the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as a goal for future improvements. We are not claiming full conformance today. This site has not yet been comprehensively audited against WCAG, and we have not implemented paid or custom accessibility add-ons.

Known and possible limitations
Some content may not yet meet WCAG success criteria. Examples can include: missing alternative text on some images, color contrast issues, keyboard navigation gaps, headings that need adjustment, PDFs that are not fully accessible, or form labels and error messages that need improvement. We will address issues over time as we update the site.

Planned improvements
As we publish or revise content, we intend to: set clear page language and heading order; add or improve text alternatives for images and icons; review color contrast and focus indicators; review form labels and instructions; reduce motion where appropriate; and provide accessible alternatives for documents or media upon request.

Declaration of partial compliance due to third-party content
Some features are provided by third parties (for example, maps, video players, file viewers, analytics, or Wix App Market widgets). We do not control their code, and some elements may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. If you encounter an issue with such content, tell us and we will try to offer an accessible alternative.

Accessibility arrangements in the organization
We operate as a business-to-business firm and do not maintain a walk-in public office. Meetings are by appointment. If you require an accommodation for communications or meetings, please let us know through the site’s Contact form and we will work with you to provide an accessible format.

Requests, issues, and suggestions
If you find an accessibility issue on the site or need assistance, contact us through the site’s Contact form and select Accessibility request. Include the page URL, a brief description of the problem, and any assistive technology you use (if relevant). We aim to respond within 10 business days.
